  • Talk about shady...I went in and for a standard deduction along with a 1099 that was a mistake on the companies fault; Liberty wanted 1/4 of my entire refund plus even more money to take it out of my refund. When I showed them my coupon the 1st thing the owner said was " where did you get this"? In fine print it says valid 02/12-04/10/13. It was so small it looks like it said void. $ 525.00 is what they wanted to charge me. Are you kidding me? I went down the road to Jackson Hewett, and got a bigger refund along with only being charged $323.00. If you have money to pay for the owners dog...than go there. I felt like they wanted to get the most money without a care in the world if I would be a return customer. I will return..but not with Liberty.
