Due to weather delays, everyone on board our Air Canada flight missed their connections.
Even though, Air Canada claimed to have made arrangements with this Holiday Inn, but Holiday Inn claimed to not receive any of these reservation requests.
When all parties that missed connections showed up at the hotel, there were no rooms available. It was obvious that there was poor communication between the airline and hotel.
It was funny and sad how they tried to put a couple in a room that was already assigned to someone else. After an hour or two of waiting, we were told to find our own alternatives. I felt like this situation could have been handled better.
