I lived here for almost two years and loved my apartment/condo. I lived on the 3rd floor (yes I walked those stairs every single day) in a one bedroom. Spacious living room, huge kitchen, good size bathroom, full size w/d. My bedroom was a decent size, nothing amazing but good enough for me. Walk-in closet which was pretty awesome. There is very little storage so I had to cram everything into my closet or the hallway closet...that's it. Wish there was a storage closet/area off the balcony like some other apartment complexes.
Half of the complex is owned and half are rented. I rented from a couple in California and just mailed them a check every month. There was a realtor that I worked with who had an office in the main building and was easily accessible. I didn't know where to send outgoing letters, and still don't as there isn't an area where the mailboxes are...this got to be pretty annoying but I was too lazy to ask anyone lol.
There's two pools, the main one is nicer/bigger but is crowded most of the time with couples and families. The other pool is a little smaller, but quieter. Most of the time I was the only person out there.
The location is great, right off camelback, across the street from Rosie McCaffrey's. Traffic sucks around rush hour but you just get used to it. I loved it and would definitely think about moving back!
