I was referred to this company by my home warranty company (Sears) to repair my A/C Unit. A technician was sent out on 6/26/17 to diagnose problem. It was determined that the blower motor and the condenser motor were inoperable. The technician indicated that he would put in order for parts, and someone would call me to reschedule actual repair once parts arrived.
Well, here it is two weeks later....AND, despite SEVERAL calls to Tyson (who stated for a week straight they were still waiting for parts) I still am without A/C on the lower level of my home. I contacted my warranty company, and they indicated that parts were ordered/shipped (also, called and looked up Kelvinator to verify availability and price of parts) and I should be receiving a call from Tyson (Marshann from S. I did not receive a call....so I called Tyson myself. I was told that a call was placed to/message left for me at 810a.....no record on my call log/vmail inbox. In any case, I was scheduled for today (7/12/17) 9a-11a. I have been home all morning an no technician has arrived(1110a). I've called Tyson x2 and lines are going to vmail. At this point, I'm utterly disgusted ,with both Tyson and my home warranty company, as it is clear that they HWC doesn't do a thorough check of service providers.
Update: called from a 2nd line. Meghan stated that she called and left vmail. Amazing my phone doesn't ring when they call. Then stated my service call is for Friday AND not today!! I'm a business owner my self and write EVERYTHING down! I cleared my entire morning to be home today! Definitely getting the run around!! If you are referred to Tyson by a warranty company....DO NOT accept! Ask for another company, unless you have time to waste!!
