  • This store consistently provides poor customer service and just doesn't get their customers. The last time we went there, their "Current Affairs" section was stuffed with anti-Obama books. While I don't have a problem with BN selling books reflecting a wide range of political opinions, the store's bias here was clear: the anti-Obama, conservative books were featured prominently at the top and center of the bookshelf, while the others were shelved haphazardly at the bottom. I even checked the alphabetical order, just to see if by coincidence the shelving turned out that way. To my surprise and great disappointment, the anti-Obama books had been shelved by alphabetical order on the top shelves, while the other political books had been separately ordered on the bottom shelf. When we approached an employee regarding the problematic shelving, she ignored us while chatting with her co-worker regarding an individual they apparently believed to be "retarded." Finally we left, very disappointed at BN's disregard for their customers.
