  • I initially signed up with this water company expecting great PH water. However, after just months we found floating film like debris in our water at which I advised to the manager. They were very quick to fix the issue and provide us with a free case of bottled water. Now - 3 months later, we are re-experiencing the same issue. This is a sign that their way of processing water is inadequate and a build up of magnesium is occurring which is not healthy to drink. I find this disturbing since this is what I give my young kids. Suffice to say, I'm completely cancelling with them and returning to my previous supplier.
