  • I went in because I had shattered my iPhone 6plus and ordered a new one through my insurance. But I went in for a glass screen protector, also when I received my new phone it came with a charger ( that I thought didn't work ). JUAN was the one to help me, I told him I thought the charger didn't work and he ( not purposely ) plugged it in with a little wiggling and what do you know it worked. I felt silly, but he was so nice. He gave me back the chord and went to get my screen protector, and when he came back he had brought a new charger chord. So nice right? So I went from feeling dumb to very excited! Then he put on my screen protector, complemented my name and made sure there were no bubbles in the screen protector. I never yelp, but I just was not expecting to get such great service, Juan was so nice, if you ever go to the AT&T at boca park, ask for him! Thanks Juan!
