  • We're offered a second visit.. First wasn't so great. Casino host was awesome.. I wish I could say that about everything else.. Customer Service is at a all time low.. Seems like the majority of employees have a chip on their shoulder rude, bad attitude and no smile which usually means no training, no appreciation and bad pay. This hotel is beautiful but for the price you definitely want to see smiles when you get there.
