I have mixed feelings about this salon. Their work is good but their customer service could be better. From the moment I tried to make an appointment I could tell this was going to be a weird experience. I got a gift certificate for this place, thats the only reason I came here. I spend quite a bit of my own money on this place to tip and for extra work that my gift certificate didn't cover. My hair dresser did good work but she was somewhat rude and a know it all. She started talking to me about politics. To be fair she asked me if I she was talking to much and I didn't say yes. But why would I make her mad or insult her is she was working on my hair. I don't want messed up hair so I kept my mouth shut. & If she was asking me something like that shouldn't that have been her q that she was talking too much. I went in for a hair consultation and she told me one price and then charged me more when checking out, I didn't like that.
I dont like confrontation so I didn't fuss. I paid and headed for the door. She was very pushy about making my follow up appointment.
I can't remember my hairdressers name but she wasn't the only employe I could complain about. Like I said just making my initial appointment was difficult. I had to call a few times before anyone answered the phone. When they did answer the phone they weren't very helpful or polite.
