  • I came into this location because I needed to get a new phone for my boyfriend to put on my current plan. When I entered there were 2 employees and only one customer. It is Fathers day So I was not sure how busy they would be. A young lady named Claudia came over to me And asked how I was doing and what I needed help with. We went over to the table and she looked up my phone number to see what kind of plan I had, She let me know that my plan was eligible for a buy 1 get 1 free with the new Samsung phones. She walked over with me to the phones and showed me which ones were available. I decided on the 2 phones I wanted so we went over to the cash register and she rang me up to pay for the taxes. Then we went back over to the table and she helped me sync all my information to the new phone And she helped me set up the phone from my boyfriend as well. I was very grateful because Claudia was so helpful and sweet. If I have any issues I am for sure going to go back to that location and ask for Claudia. By the way Claudia the password worked
