  • Whipple Air has been so honest. Completely upfront. Jeremy is a small business owner and has been great to work with. I had two big companies come out and give me estimates on a new air conditioner (my 1971 beast was not going to make it thru 2016 summer heat). Both of them told me that I needed to do it now and were very pushy. I then called Jeremy (recommended from a friend) and he came out. Took pictures. EXPLAINED in layman terms what I was seeing (years of do-it-yourself work) in this pieced together air conditioner I had on my flat roof. Jeremy told me an amount under 4000$ when the other places were quoting me 7500$ (because in summer the prices go up, up, up). He gave me the chance to save, talked about brands with me and what would work best for my townhome size. I decided on a Goodman. I wasn't home for the install, but I trusted this man enough to leave a key with him. Jeremy took before an after pictures for my HOA/Roofing company. He set everything up, he worked with my schedule, he was EARLY, professional and so honest. He answered my texts, gave me the information to get parts coverage thru the Goodman company and has just been so awesome to work with! He has square and that made payment super easy.
