  • After suffering through food that was at best mediocre (burnt calamari, so called grilled duck which was actually a duck grilled cheese, and bland squash soup), my cousin, friend and I left my husband to grab the bill while we made our way to the bathroom before the long ride home. Whilst in the washrooms, we ended up squishing into one of the unisex stalls to read the plethora of scribble written behind the door. Once done reading and taking a couple pictures of the funny sayings (who cannot relate to this), the clearly Napoleon- complexed manager was awaiting us outside, SWEARING and yelling at us 3 girls for supposedly engaging in inappropriate "disgusting" sexual behavior in HIS restaurant, and told us to pay and get out. Ironic coming from a restaurant with a pumpkin carved with "glory hole" on their Twitter page. We were visibly confused, and tried to explain what happened but were met with nothing but insults. May I add, we are well educated, well paid women between 25-30 years old, and didn't engage in his insults and screaming (online reviews being more effective anyhow). This has been the worst, most insulting experience in the service industry that I have ever had. Do not waste your money on this place.
