Just left Jared. When I arrived a lady asked if she could help me and I told her I was getting my ring repaired. I told her I was going over to service and she said ok. While at the service another women was sitting down drawing something on a paper. She saw me standing there and not once did she say one moment or someone will be with you in a moment. She acted like I wasn't standing there. After a couple of minutes another lady came and asked if she could help me. She was very nice and helped me get my ring repaired sooner then expected. After dropping my ring off I decided to go look at the watches. There were plenty of employee and I was the only customer in the the store. Not at one time did any of them ask if I needed anything. I was considering getting my husband a watch for his birthday tomorrow. Due to the poor customer service I received I decided to spend my money elsewhere. My husband and I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. You all need to do better with training your employee. I have had problems with this location before. This was the last straw. After this repair I will not be back to this location. In the future I will drive to another location or even a different jeweler. You received two stars because of the lady that took my ring and was very kind. This store deserves 0 stars.
