  • Had a tech come out as part of a warranty claim. They provided innacurate information and they were also the reason my home warranty company decided not to cover my new water heater. These guys said I had a "power vent" water heater and it turns out I had a direct vent. Clearly not experts in the plumbing field. I had a different plumbing company come out and give me the right info, get me the right part number and get me in contact with a local company to purchase from. The positive here I guess - is that I installed my first water heater by myself; if I didn't get such crappie service that never would have happened!! I also made countless calls to the woman at the front desk and never received follow up like promised. It was because of these folks that we went over 3 weeks without a water heater. I will make sure everyone I know stays away from this business.
