  • We are weekly customers of the El Encanto in Cave Creek and love their food but most of all the customer service. The owners are very friendly! This location just isn't the same experience. The manager was very rude and non verbal he seemed irritated to be working. Knowing the owners this would be unacceptable to them. Our waiter was attentive and very friendly! If I were the owners I would be more present at this location as it is killing the brand and I would fire the manager. The food was exactly the same but the salsa tasted weird and the chips were stale. Maybe a little more attention on this location to get it up to par on the brand.
