  • I am rating my experience a 1, but would prefer a 0. We brought our van in for a warranty service for the transmission and were told it would take a day or two to find out the problem. We had to WAIT OVER FOUR WEEKS with no word about the status of our van unless we reached the service department out of pure luck. My wife and kids were stranded at home for over a month with out a car!! We were refused communication. Mike did not respond more than a handful of times, and we were more than patient. We had to call the manager of the service department (Jacob), and even HE did not respond. My wife had to badger and complain for days until FINALLY Jacob got on the phone. He was very rude to her, using lines like "I can't magically make parts appear" and "I am not paying to give you a free rental." Completely inappropriate and incredibly unprofessional to even DARE to speak to a customer that way. We were made to feel unimportant because it was a warranty fix, because they were not getting money from us directly. After a very unpleasant conversation with Jacob, my wife seemed to finally get it across that we were (still are) dissatisfied that we were not offered a rental for our troubles, or any form of compensation. Thankfully Jacob moved our van up the line to the first car the next day, and we had our van back that night. We should not have been treated this way, we should not have had such a difficult time finding out what was wrong with our car, and the employers should be ashamed of their employees for treating customers with little to no respect. We will NEVER return to this dealer, but we WILL be leaving this scathing Yelp review. I honestly wish that we had read the reviews on Yelp before we brought our vehicle, because we would not have chosen this dealership. I have had better experiences going to mom'n'pop shops where no one speaks English and accept only cash for their work--they care, they work harder-- than I have had at this dealership.
