  • Had a battery fail. Called this Jiffy Lube to see if they had the one I needed. They didn't, but could get one in an hour. They got it and installed it "quickly". Ford's batteries are tucked close to the firewall. As a result, he had to take off the windshield wipers and panels underneath to get to the battery. Well, he not only did that, but resynced the wipers. All in an hour! Great work! To make the story even more interesting, I had asked James if Ford offered a warranty on the battery. He didn't think so, so I felt good about my newer expensive battery. Still, I checked with Ford since there was no mention of the battery in the warranty manual. They said it was covered under the 3/36 warranty of the car. I called James to see what courier be done. He swapped the batteries out in a few minutes, refunded my money and Food installed a new one with a new warranty! This Jiffy Lube takes customer service to a whole new level. Impressive!
