They question their own coupons here. Manager refused to accept this coupon until I showed her my personal email as proof.
Story goes, employee wasn't sure if they accepted my emailed coupon so she asked her manager. The manager called from the back saying they won't accept it. I questioned the cashier why and the employee brought the manager to us. The manager explained that they won't accept the printout of my coupon. After my attempts to prove the authenticity of my coupon she accepted it--I had to enter my phone number and show her my personal email. She reluctantly gave us the BOGO deal. Won't be coming here anymore, at least with any hopes of redeeming a coupon.
Also, the staff looked very unhappy and I gave them my spare change as a tip (almost $1, no biggie, but...) and had no smiles, cheers or thank you's. Depressing.
