  • If I could give negative stars I would. My saga with Sprint began when I purchased my new Samsung galaxy S6 phone on July 3, 2015 from a sprint kiosk at Arizona mills mall. I was very happy with my phone until I got home and overtime noticed that I didn't have any 3G or 4G LTE bars in my house upstairs or downstairs so on Monday July 27 I contacted Sprint tech-support for their assistance. The first lady that got on the phone my made me change network modes several time with no success and told me I should have 3G, 4G at work and at home. She then transferred me to tech-support which for lack of a better word was a joke. She tested my phone over and over and over again kept me on the phone at my job for over an hour and my phone was still not fixed. She then made me an appointment (she didn't really make me an appointment but that's another story) at A sprint corporate store by my job for the following Wednesday which is July 29. Tech-support in the store could not fix my phone so they had me talk to Sam song who then sent me to the Best Buy by my house to meet with the Samsung person there. Samsung person was very nice and tested my phone thoroughly he then had the personnel in the store change out the Sim card on my phone which I think he thought fixed the problem. It did not I went home and I still don't have any 3G or 4G in my house so I went back to sprint today. The person in the sprint store by my house said that he could not fix my phone so he needed to send me to another corporate store which was oh I don't know 15 minutes from my house so they could try to fix the phone and if they couldn't fix the phone then they would switch my phone out. So once again I drove to the other corporate store and left the phone with the tech who assured me if the phone was not fixed they would "order" me a replacement which would take "2 - 5" business days. I left my phone there for over 4 hours and guess what I still have no 3G/4G service in my house. So as my phone constantly tries to connect the battery life is shit. Way to go Sprint great customer service thanks! The guy that gave me back my phone tried to convince me that I had 4G but in fact I had no bars in the store as well.
