  • INCREDIBLE HOTEL! Don't bother looking at any other hotel in downtown Phoenix. This Westin is amazing! Our "enhanced king" room was massive. I'm guessing that this property was originally planned as a luxury condo. The scale of the enormous rooms, super high ceilings, wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious hallways reminded me of the fabulous Trump Hotel in Chicago. The property was superb but the staff were equally impressive. We loved the lunchtime waiter in the courtyard restaurant...great personality. The front desk staff were extremely accommodating too. The club lounge hostess was truly knowledgeable about the local restaurants (ask for her printed list). She sent us to one of the best sushi restaurants we've ever been to. It was walking distance from the hotel. You won't be disappointed with this Westin.
