  • This is a **HORRIBLE** place. I can understand "scratch and dent" but this place is "crash an bent) My husband spent $2400 on a front load washer/dryer/side by side fridge. The washer went out with a BANG ( seriously -it did) Cost me $89 for a diagnostic and was told it was horribly damaged before I got it and it would cost $1289 to repair it. I had him notate that on his sheet. I called My Sister's Appliance to request that that come pick up these piece of junk and refund us...they refused. I told them I would file a complaint with the AG's office and did. This was in Feb 2013. I won my lawsuit and was reimbursed via mail yesterda. I had sent them proof of damage and my receipt of purchase. ALSO, I had him look at the fridge and it was missing a much needed panel in the back. Had it not been replaced, the motor would have burned up. SCAMMERS: CROOKS: THEIVES.....DONT GO THERE. There are enough valid complaints here to put them OUT of business.
