  • Dr Larry Stark is and amazing Dr who actually cares about patients and is willing to work with patients for their needs. Jacqueline Olvera is the nicest, honest, and most caring FNP I have ever met. She cares about patients, even beyond their medical needs. I have only AMAZING comments about both providers at this facility. I have never had a bad experience when it comes to providers. I love them both and they are amazing people. The staff on the other hand are the rudest, most inconsiderate people ever. The front desk goes beyond the point of being rude and and brings severely negative energy to office. The other MA'S also give the same negativity and they clearly hate their job. Specially the front desk. I believe I might be switching providers specially because the staff here is borderline UNBEARABLE. It is insane how rude and careless they are. They are clearly here for a pay check and do not have ANY empathy or consideration for patients. They do not care at all. The lack of customer service and rudeness that occurred is beyond the point of unreasonable. I personally work as an MA at a clinic and we have NEVER in my life or occupation seen staff treat patients so beyond poorly. This is CRAZY how little the care. They are here for a paycheck and nothing more. They care so little for patients. I highly highly highly recommend Dr Stark as well as highly recommend Jaqueline. If you are looking for a Dr that will take care of you and your needs, they will go to the end of the world to help you. The staff is ridiculous. You will have the WORST experience of your life dealing with the staff. I highly recommend these providers but be aware that you will be treated like a useless piece of meat that has nothing but problems until you see the provider.
