  • I would rate it 0 if I could. I went for tests and they couldn't find the fax for the work that needed to be done. A very rude employee named Holly told me I needed to call. I said I didn't have the telephone # and if she could please find it for me. She said that was not her job. Obviously, she was not interested in helping people. Then she yelled at me in front of everybody and called me "ignorant." I never had a negative experience like this before and was very stressed out. As a result, when the blood was drawn I had big bruises that lasted for two weeks. The next day I reported this incident to their website. Nobody from the website had the courtesy to respond to me. Horrible experience. I will never go to Quest again!
