  • I would highly suggest that you find another place for your medical supplies. The customer service here is both incredibly rude and arrogant and not the least bit helpful. They also have no interest in standing behind their products, preferring instead that you shell out the money to buy new. Case in point: I bought a quad cane from them 3 years ago and replacement tips for the cane just this past June. Now they tell me they can no longer provide replacements tips as my cane is "obsolete." In fact, they told me tips for my cane were no longer available anywhere. How in the world can a cane become outdated in just three years? Newsflash: This is not a high tech item. By the way, I went online and found plenty of tips available to fit the cane and at a lower price even with the shipping. I know Progressive Home Medical always brags about being in business for 25 years; but I think if they want to remain in business many more years, they need to stop lying to customers about products and do a considerable amount of attitude adjustment.
