  • Here are the 7 reasons I give Legends 5 stars 1) They came out within 24 hours of my call and this was just few days before Christmas 2) They didn't have to order any parts. They had everything required to fix my door which had somehow crunched its top 3 panels and needed a motor relocation. 3) Cory explained the problem in a friendly and easy to understand way (even for me) 4) I believe they are honest and offer a fair price. (unlike another garage door company in the area who tried to charge twice the amount and charged my tenants $180 just to show them how to open the door manually) 5) Legends charged us $50 less than their quoted price to fix the door. ( Nice Christmas present -thank you!) 6) Good communication between all parties involved. As a landlord there have been times where work has been done and no communication (apart from the bill) has come back to me, so good communication and scheduling is appreciated. 7) They were on time So in all, a very quick and professional service and I would use them again, I just hope I don't have to.
