Once again the worst experience of any dealership ever dealt with. Car has been broken since date purchased. A year or more later. Still not resolved. Oil change last week. Now electrical issue. Appt today to fix. Pre arranged who to ask for because they know of past bad experience. Service guy would not get that person, told me my electrical issue was normal (confirmed not on phone) and that they'd take me to Enterprise to get a rental. Last time I did that 2 hour wait while their own employees trashed Prestige. No thank you! I was supposed to have a vehicle ready as promised. Took my STILL broken Jeep Renegade and left. Never dealing with this place again. Absolute trash. One star is because Jerrell and Erica are the only 2 who care about a customer. Unreal.
