Service inside the store was great. But service since, not so much.
I authorized my TV installer to pick up my entire order (TV and wall mounts). When he went in today to pick it up, they said he was only authorized to pick up TV. They refused to give him the wall mounts, even though he presented them with the actual bill and receipt that showed him on the entire order.
So I called Best Buy. After having been on hold for more than an hour, I finally decided to hang up and post this instead. Very, very poor follow-through, and no attention to customer service.
