  • It pains me to write this, as the only experience I personally have with Camelwest is the loss of a beloved kitten of mine. She was unfortunate to have been FeLV+, which we all knew meant she might not live very long. When I received the news that she had contracted pneumonia and wouldn't make it, I was beside myself. However, Camelwest was 110% the only place I would ever have wanted to be during that miserable time. They treated us with the utmost respect, privacy, and care, and went above and beyond to make sure our little Sock was comfortable and well taken care of during her last moments. They let us take all the time we needed, explained in depth what her Xrays meant and any options that were available. It was untimely as Sock was only 5 months old, but there wasn't a better team than Camelwest by our side. Thank you, Camelwest, for the delicate care, and for the card you sent in the mail. We will be coming only to you for our two other cats, who are also FeLV+. Other vets will not treat FeLV+ cats very well because they don't think it's worth it, but Camelwest is knowledgeable and caring, and for that, I am eternally grateful. FeLV+ cats deserve the same love and care as any other cats, and you guys understand that. Thank you, again, from the bottom of our hearts. I can't tell you how much our experience with your company meant to us.
