  • Found them on line and decided to try them. We usually do our own (with two dogs and two cats, our work is cut out for us!). The night before, we realized our living room arm chairs with a light tropical fabric were really dingy. Randy was a bit early, said he could do the armchairs as well as the carpet and gave me a price. Then he went to work. He was done well before I thought he would be, and everything looks fantastic. He even did two small pillows and my 2x3 area rug in the hall as part of his "over the top" service. Our light-colored living room berber looks almost new, and it is nearly 10 years old!
