  • Should have read the Yelp reviews. I'm currently dealing with this company. I'll update as things change. I called two weeks ago after the storm here in Vegas had ripped my roof apart. A bunch of other companies were giving a month or longer to get an estimator out, but this company promised me someone in a week. I was thrilled. I was told noon on a Friday afternoon... so I took care of some minor errands and returned home at 11:45 to wait for my estimator, whose name was Jimmy. Jimmy never showed. I called the company at about 12:30 and was told "Oh, that appointment was for 11:30." No phone call, no voicemail, no notification the time had changed. But, what was more odd, was that my 16 year old son was home at the time... and he never heard anyone walking on my roof. Strange. I was told that I would have an email with my estimate on Monday. Monday came... Monday went. Now Tuesday has come... and Tuesday is nearly gone as it is 2pm. I called and spoke with Brian Pena, Sales Manager. He states that Jimmy is "away on a family emergency" but will return tomorrow. He told me that either he or Jimmy will call me back tomorrow and I will have my estimate. If that is true, I'm willing to raise the star rating, but I doubt this is going to happen. Stay away... just doesn't sound like this company wants residential business.
