  • I was impressed with this hotel. I needed a place to stay in Madison for 1 night, very last minute. They accommodated me nicely. I was put at the very end of the hall but that's the only negative I have to say. Yes, there was a funky smell when you enter the room but not enough to make me uncomfortable or anything. Its a bit older of a hotel and dated, not a issue really but other reviews say the same. Very large room, and comfortable beds. Very clean and organized room. I also felt it was pretty nice area of Madison with lots of stores and restaurants around within walking distance too. I needed to be close to downtown and this was perfect. Very nice people who work here, even the girl at the front desk came herself to help me get my AC to turn on in my room. They told me the wifi was free and no password, but the login wanted a password. I never did get logged in. The brand new LG tv was nice. The breakfast in the morning was gross and inedible, cold eggs and cold potatoes. If you need a clean and comfortable place to stay in Madison I would totally say this place is great if you are in town.
