If there was Zero Stars I would give zero Stars. Let me explain my experience today with this dealership. I had in mind to get an oil change done and installation service for a Mopar bug and stone deflector on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler with 2800 miles. Mind you, I've also had bad experience with Sahara dealership and their lack of integrity with handling and Storage of my vehicle, so I was already very nervous with no peace of mind whatsoever as this was the first time I was at this dealership. The advisor that was working today was named Richard, he told me 3 hour time frame. I take great pride in my new vehicle as I have worked very hard to attain it and to maintain a black colored vehicle. It was in Superior condition as it is only 4 months old. As over 3 hours go by my Jeep is finally done, only to walk up to my hood to notice 2 indentation dents with installing the deflector they drilled through the bottom of my hood and push too hard and fast and went through almost the other side and damage the top of my hood. I was irate. I also noticed a horizontal paint Scratch in the front left fender that was not there before. I was extremely upset and told Richard what happened. The service manager completely denied the scratch and said to me that he will not hold responsibility for this scratch. I didn't know I had to take a photoshoot of my damn Jeep prior to getting it serviced so I have proof of how pristine condition my paint was prior. I demanded that my hood be completely replaced as I know these type of dents will not come out, the hood needs to be sanded down, and repainted or swaped out for the same one in the lot. They told me no and that come in Monday as a dent specialist will take care of it which I know will not work. I will never get any installation services from this dealership, as it seems they hold no integrity and quality control with your vehicle. I told them I will contact Jeep Chrysler headquarters as the solution was not agreed to be taken care of right then and there. The service manager said basically whatever you want to do. I will not be bringing back my Jeep here again as the trust is lost. It seems that there are a bunch of children working back there that completely neglect your paint on your vehicle and put a screwdriver or any other tool on a fender that might scratch it while doing an oil change, this is something you don't do. Service manager said all technicians get 40 to 60 hours of training. Maybe they need another 40 to 60 hours. I also have video surveillance because my car has a dash cam with motion detection, my car was parked outside for an hour and 10 minutes before they started working on it. I will not remove this review until I am completely happy with my hood and Fender.
