  • I want to start by saying that I normally don't post negative comments. This past Valentine's i ordered flowers from Rose Shack. I spoke with Tony on the phone, he was pleasant and nice. I ordered two dozen roses with a delivery charge which came out to 215.00! The flowers were delivered in the late afternoon around 3ish or so. My wife called me up to say thank you for the roses, but that she would need to rearrange them cause it looked like they were put together last minute! After asking her some questions about the roses, come to find out they didn't even send two dozen! They sent 18 and stuffed two other roses in the filler green shrubs that had 3 inch stems?!! I ordered Ecuadorian roses. Really I'm thinking to myself...wow incredible! So i called rose shock to complain about them and the lady( didn't get her name) said that she would have new bouquet sent on Tuesday morning by 10 am. Well it's 12:44pm and still no roses..it doesn't surprise me! Called Rose shack and they gave me the excuse that they only have two drivers and it will be there shortly. Seriously...now that they can't get anymore money out of me...they will do whatever they want. If I could i would give them a zero instead of a one! Will never call them again! Update: Well its been 2 1/2 hours and no delivery yet. Wife took off the morning from work cause she works 28 miles away. She waited til 11:30, we were promised by 10am. Called Rose shack and spoke with Tony. I ordered the flowers from Tony. First of all, Tony showed a lot of professionalism in his phone skills and care for the customer! They should have Tony answering all of the calls! He was apathetic and actually cares about how the business is run! He took care of the flowers by calling the driver to expedite the delivery. Not only that, but he is giving me a full refund. Tony really saved the day and REALLY took care of me! If anyone ever calls to order flowers...make sure you speak with Tony..he actually cares and will take care of you!
