  • What a lack-lustre experience. Decided to go to WS to look at potential items for a Wedding Registry and wanted some more information. The entire store was empty except for two employees who seemed to be (fake) oblivious to me walking around. No greeting, no nothing. Anyways, went up to one of them to ask for more information and she seemed confused about my simple "Can I get some more information on the wedding registry process?" question. She answered you have to come in on Sunday morning. WS certainly makes it very easy for brides-to-be to scan their gifts...why only on Sunday morning beats me. Most likely because that is when she is NOT working and wants everyone else to do the work. The other employee than piped up "you can come actually anytime, you just have to make an appointment." She didn't tell this directly to me though, but to her colleague...who awkwardly repeated it to me...even though I was standing right beside the both of them. Then they both went about their business unpacking some objects. At least I got a business card to call in to make an appointment...which of course I will not be doing. If you want no service, no help, no nothing, then I absolutely recommend this WS location.
