  • Just wanted to say it's nice to know there's a new Vegas hotel which still knows how to take care of their patrons. I called the Lucky Dragon in order to have them help me pamper a friend who was staying there. I called after midnight, ya know, the time when most hospitality staff are tired and anxious to go home. I spoke with a female named Shelley. Well all I'm going to say is she was amazingly helpful, and friendly. In fact, she answered all dumb my questions and made feel welcome. Even when I was having technical difficulties, she was abundantly helpful and made my experience easy. I honestly was super impressed...
