Came here this weekend for my first bridesmaid dress shopping experience! It was a Sunday afternoon and this place was pretty crowded. There were 3 of us and we had to all squeeze into one change room (time to get cozy).
The lady who helps us pick out dresses and sizes was really nice, so that was a plus. I felt the whole process was a little rushed, but maybe it's like that everywhere. I know that everyone tries on all the dresses so they're bound to be not in great condition. However, I had a few where the wires were poking out so much they dug through my skin and almost made my bleed.
The plaza this place is located in was PACKED on a Sunday afternoon. I spent more than 10 mins wiggling through the parking lot to find the exit and get through all the car/human traffic.
We chose this place because the bride also has bridesmaids in Vancouver, so a chain store would be easiest to coordinate while we're in different places. If all the bridesmaids are in Toronto, I don't know if I'd suggest coming here as your top choice.
