  • Beware of this location. I would minus 5 stars. I was here before it a bad experience and this time I took my87 year old mother to this location. I tried to talk her out of this place that it's the #1 worst lab in southern Nevada. she had an appointment because they stated over and over we do not take walk ins this would interfere with scheduled apts. we came 10 minutes early signed in and sat down with the angry crowd waiting. Within a few minutes people coming in were asking if they took walk ins. Well the first one the lady behind the counter talked to that person with a very low voice and said sign in and have a seat. within 10 minutes she was called up and went back for here lab work. this went on multiple times during the 2 hour and 18 minute wait for my mothers scheduled time. We and others asked we were told you do not take walk ins and they stated once again they don't. Some of these people they took as walk ins and the others told we do not take walk ins. I just don't understand this practice at this location. the people there are rude to some and really nice to others. Do all the workers here have bipolar disorders or what. I have to get lab work regularly 4 to 6 months the location at horizon ridge is the best people friendly and very organized and quick I am always out in 20 min or less mostly 10 minutes. don't bother with this location and if you do have a problem like this please give feedback to both internet feedback sites and also to quest diagnostic proper channels that you can find on their website and maybe something can be done so every person that chooses this location can be treated fairly and with the human dignity they deserve!
