  • Do you like beer? Do you love beer? Do you like a bar that feels like it's YOUR dive bar. Well, come on over and pull up a stool. Aces & Ales is a local bar with tourists (me - but I am not touristy), locals and bartenders from other bars all looking for a good cold beer without any sequins or women wearing feathers. There are two areas with pool tables, video poker on the bar, a long comfy bench to sit back and watch sports and a character or two wandering around to remind you that this is Las Vegas. The focus here is beer. The food compliments the beer. The sports on TV are a reason to sit and have more beer. I want Aces & Ales to move to the Mojave Desert so I don't have to drive 4 hours to feel at home. Food : fried cheese curds - strangely good and addicting house mac & cheese - yum arrogant bastard onion rings - crunchy and tasty classic hamburger - damn good burger I only have one complaint - no hard cider on draft. They are open 24 hours and if you are looking for a deal for breakfast try $6 for french toast and bacon or steak & eggs for $9. So now my neighborhood bar is 145 miles away.
