  • Dr. Avila removed my left kidney which had a large cancerous tumor. I was hospitalized 36 hours, back at work 10 days later. My incisions are minimal. Three years later I'm still cancer free and attribute this to Dr. Avila. My mother wasn't as fortunate having the same problem with her surgery performed at Mayo. I highly recommend Dr. Avila.
