  • Ordered the Southwest Chipotle Chicken Panini and it was still frozen in the middle. FROZEN! I couldn't believe it; it took them a long time to have my order ready but still manage to not cook it all the way. I didn't realize it was frozen until I got back to work to eat it. By then, I didn't have time to return to have them make me a new one. This is an expensive place for just sandwiches only. My Panini alone was over $8 after tax. Not a good value because it doesn't even come with a drink or side. I appreciate and support local businesses whenever possible but after this mishap, I won't be back.
