  • This review is for Customer Service ONLY. I had called for some help with general area and questions about the resort. CHRISTY/KRISTY was kind and knew exactly what kind of help I needed. She was polite and extremely patient with me. Christy/Kristy went out of her way to try to understand what kind of help I needed and she actually took the time to help me google my questions. I did not expect her to know what I needed but she took the time to analyze the situation. I truly appreciate her kindness and for patiently working with me over the phone. This is the kind of customer service that should be spread through Customer Service/Front Desk help. Thank you for helping me out Christy/Kristy from the front desk of the Holiday Inn, LV! Someone please give her a raise for the amount of understanding and patience she has.
