  • If I could give this contractor no stars I would. Rude staff (owner's wife), no call to schedule, no confirmation of appointments. I called twice during the time period I was scheduled for and the repairman did not show. NO SHOW and NO CALL. Shame on my home warranty company for contracting with such a poor service provider!
