  • I have been here many times and can't seem to ever leave happy or satisfied. The 2011 Kia Optima I took in for service was purchased here back in 2010 but please note the management and ownership was DIFFERENT at that time. Today I brought it in because I had a low beam light out and thought I might as well get both changed. I go in and I'm blindsided when they try to charge me $120 total to replace both low beams. I immediately decline and the advisor looks at me like he doesn't know what the hell is going on. I go to auto zone, pick up the pair of bulbs needed to replace for $40 total and end up installing them myself in a matter of 10 minutes. That dopey advisor tried to tell me each bulb was $30 plus $30 for install each. No honesty at this dealership what so ever, and that means a lot coming from me considering I worked at Volkswagen when the diesel scandal was going on. Avoid this dealer at all cost.
