  • This has been the worst company to deal with. I suggest anyone contemplating using Edgepark, not to. They are unresponsive and when you do get a response, they are incompetent and rude. My breast pump arrived incomplete and they refused to help me. They sent me over to another manufacturer to deal with their error. They didn't check to make sure the order was in whole before they sent it to me and claimed they don't do that. Any one with a medical condition needing supplies is not in a place to have to track down errors. Stay far from this company. A terrible, unprofessional option.
