  • Never been treated so poorly by any member of any staff at any establishment I've ever been to. Needed to fix a billing issue (surprise surprise!) and was told by JERRY "I didn't sell it to you. Call customer care. I can't do anything" He was rude, unhelpful and when I asked if we could call the customer support line TOGETHER to try and get it fixed he refused and said it wasn't his problem but he could give me the number. This place is a scam . They'll charge you for what you didn't agree to and refuse to fix it. Buyer beware.
