  • My wife had to get a new tire after a flat. This place was close and we've been to other Discount stores. Unfortunately I wasn't available and the question of the wheel lug nut lock location came up. Long story short Discount couldn't find it. So they went ahead and "cracked" the lug off and advised she had to get a new lock kit, which she did. So now here comes me back from travel, hear the story and then go pop the trunk and immediately locate the lock in a slot within the JACK kit. No one looked in the jack kit!!! They looked in the glove compartment and console storage. I excuse my wife from knowing this but this Discount tire store doesn't know where the jack is in an MDX!!! This was very inconvenient and unnecessarily cost us $54 at the dealer.
