  • Absolute worst hair cuts and service in town. The lady Natalie destroyed my brothers hair. No joke an inch chunk missing out of his bangs, and that's after 50 minute wait. Went back in a half hour later after we finally realized how terrible his hair actually was. The manager was understanding and agreed his hair was unacceptable, she then fixed it as best she could but without going bald you could still tell how terrible it was. The manager informed me she can't give a refund, so if they destroy your hair, they still keep the money. I think a five year old could really give Natalie a run for her money. It's pretty scary to think someone who is that terrible at cutting hair can get a permit. The worst part is I used to like this place and have gotten a few good haircuts, mainly from Ashley, but there turnover rate is insane, every time you go in its a whole new staff. Poor service, poor haircuts, and overall just a poor company that doesn't deserve a dollar and will never get another one from me or my family.
