  • I brought some art pieces in here to consign and talked specifically about pricing. One piece in particular was discussed that I was expecting the price to be in the 400 - 450 range. I called to check on things 1.5 months later and found out they sold the piece for 150.00! I questioned why they would have sold it for so much less than we discussed and they had no good answer. They did offer to give me 175.00 for the mistake but the owner/manager pulled all my other pieces off the showroom and told me I needed to come and pick them all up. What happened to the 90 day period that we agreed upon in the contract? She acted like I did something wrong and treated me very disrespectfully and talked to me with a horrible tone. I am pleased that they did pay for their mistake but VERY unhappy with the way she treated me during the whole process. I was a customer of the place before I put my items in there on consignment but I will NEVER go back in there again. The employees are great but the owner has a lot to learn about how to treat people!
