  • *Is customer service dead in our country?* Yes it is, or at least for this company is true. Their manager Damon is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I had to deal with. Every email that I received from him I sensed aggression, he thinks that he is a King and you are a peasant. He is always right, and you always wrong, no matter of the issue. If you are a tenant, stay away from this property firm, doesn't matter if you pay on time and don't cause any problems, every issue you'll have and will be seeking answers you'll be treated like 3rd class citizen.
