I see why they had to create another Yelp Listing, to try and dodge all the horrible reviews. I think we are a little smarter than that. They charged me a fair price to replace the springs on my garage door. 5 days later, the garage door wont open. They sent another technician out, he informed me the cables cam off the drums. He re-set the cable and left, no charge. Awesome. 10 days later, the door would not open again. I looked and noticed the cables came off the drums AGAIN. I called them Saturday and they don't answer or even have a messaging service. Since the door was now stuck open, I called another company and they came out in a few hours. The Tech from the other company said the springs they installed are to small. The door will keep throwing the cables. The real fix is to replace the springs that where just installed with the right size spring. Ok, do what needs to be done so this wont happen again. I spoke to Kathy this morning and explained the situation. She has no empathy or understanding for the situation. I told her that i have the new springs her company installed on the side of my garage, will give them back to them and would like my money back. They had two opportunities to get it right and they could not do it.
She refuses to do refund. Tough Luck, I'm not giving money back!
